Love Never Dies - 'Til I Hear You Sing'.

Last year I saw this 'sequel' to Phantom on the West End stage. 'Til I Hear You Sing' blew the roof off the theatre along with my head! A power ballad of the highest order, this song proves, once again, that A.L.W can put bums on seats and satisfy audiences with well written material. The show began with a some what 'unusual' montage and 'catch-up-on-the-story' ensemble song which, if not for the crystal clear delivery, could have been swallowed by the set. The use of angular perspective painting on the scrims drew the viewers onto the stage and into the midst of the scene. Then smoothly the whole thing was whisked away and the story-book fantasy of Coney Island was released on the eager crowd. The set of 'Phantom's' lair is breathtaking. I thoroughly enjoyed each scene, and song. All of the performances were captivating and I found myself humming the songs weeks later, even after hearing them only once. I look forward to seeing it again.

Thank you so much

This show is just amazing - thank you for helping me relive the opening number - makes me feel like I am there again - can't wait to see the show again!!!!!!!!
